We all understand that not everything can remain as flexible as it used to be. The last couple of years we learned that we need to be prepared for the unexpected. During these uncertain times Canaves Oia strongly recommends for its valued guests to purchase travel insurance for their next trip in Greece.
Travel insurance plans can provide reimbursement for prepaid, non-refundable trip costs if the trip is cancelled,delayed or cut short due to possible flight delays, a covered illness or injury, even including testing positive for COVID-19. These costs can include expenses like plane tickets and change fees, activity fees, hotel reservations, and more.

In 2020 we opened our hotels with great responsibility and provided a safe place to our guests for a much needed vacation. We have established our cleanliness standards, performing enhanced in-room and public areas cleaning using certified and eco-friendly products. Increased is also the cleaning in high touch areas at the back of the house facilities.

Our staff is cerified on hygiene protocols and management of potential incidents.
F&B Standards
Our Food and safety procedures remain in high standards providing you a safe environment to enjoy your meal any time of the day.
Spa & Wellness Facilities
Heightened cleaning measures and frequent sanitizing are applied in our Spa and Wellness facilities. Only hotel guests are allowed to enter and there is an allowance between treatments for sanitation of treatment room and a maximum guest occupancy. Also outdoor wellness activities are designed with full hygiene standards in place.
Contactless Experience
We love to greet and serve our guests, however during these circumstances we have invested in technology for contactless solutions, where possible, designed to cater those who prefer no physical or material contact.
Moreover we remain fully informed and aligned with all Government and WHO guidelines and have established a partnership with a private hospital and a doctor on call 24/7. Also we are glad to announce that a PCR or Antigen Rapid Tests are available on our premises upon request.
