EXPERIENCE CULINARY EXCELLENCE AT CANAVES EPITOME AT AN EXCLUSIVE POP-UP WITH MICHELIN-STARRED CHEF BRUNO VERJUS

On July 27th and 28th, Elements Restaurant of Canaves Epitome in Santorini will host an exclusive gastronomic pop-up event with the world-renowned chef Bruno Verjus, promising a remarkable fine-dining experience of the senses. Trained in French techniques, Bruno will immerse himself in Greek culture, crafting a menu featuring only local produce. The dishes will include vegetables and herbs grown from Epitome’s on-site garden and fresh caught fish, paired with local and international wines.  The menu will be finalized just a day in advance, reflecting Bruno’s philosophy of creating dishes spontaneously based on available ingredients. Bruno, a self-taught chef, was awarded his first Michelin star in 2018 and his second just four years later. Table – his acclaimed Parisian restaurant – has become a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts around the globe, achieving an astonishing 3rd place in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants rankings this past June.

To complement the exceptional gastronomy, guests will be immersed in breathtaking surroundings – from Elements Experience Tables on the floating decks, traditional Cycladic architecture crafted from volcanic rock, and sunset views from the picturesque fishing village of Ammoudi that are considered to be among the very best in the world. Recently awarded a 2024 Wine Spectator Restaurant Award, Elements is typically overseen by Executive Chef Tassos Stefatos, who curates a prolific and sophisticated menu of modern European cuisine with Greek touches that challenges the palate through different stages. Inspired by the core four elements of nature – earth, water, air, fire – and the captivating surroundings of Santorini, Elements harmoniously blends these themes and flavors, inviting guests to embark on a one-of-a-kind culinary journey.  The symphony of flavors, the poetry of presentation, and the embrace of nature converge to create something truly unforgettable.
