#BOCA: Collaboration for a good cause

During the Covid-19 pandemic a lot of great initiatives come to light. Last Wednesday, our chefs Tassos Stefatos and Vassilis Roussos joined forces with Botrini’s restaurant chefs for a good cause. Following the solidarity invitation of athenian restaurants (Cookoovaya, Basegrill etc), they met up and cooked for doctors and medical staff of Covid-19 hospitals. 130 portions of freshly cooked and Greek inspired portions were prepared by our chefs, Nikos Billis (Botrini’s Restaurant chef de cuisine) and with the valuable help of their cooks. “We wanted to take good care of those who take care of us” chef Stefatos stated about the action who immediately responded to this invitation.

The initiative #COOK4HEROES will take place for 4 weeks and is supported by the Athens Municipality who also secures the transpiration of the meals to hospitals.  Special thanks to various sponsors who contributed in their own way by donating ingredients to chef for the meal preparation.
