Choreographed around a statement pool ‘stage’, Omnia playfully showcases a breezy fusion of local fresh fish and other treasures from the Archipelago. Chef Tasos Stefatos carefully curated a laid-back gastronomy menu for seafood aficionados, with the clear intention to entertain, pamper the senses and encourage sharing. Inspired by the profound kitchen stories he dives into, during his yearly travels, the chef smoothly fuses contemporary multi-cultural culinary influences and then adds an Aegean identity twist.
