In the early 1980s, the Chaidemenos family embarked on a pioneering venture that would forever change the landscape of Oia, Santorini. FULL RENOVATIONS
Canaves initiated the first comprehensive renovation of Canaves Oia Boutique Hotel, Santorini and Canaves Oia Suites, Santorini. The goal was to elevate the guest experience by modernizing both establishments. CANAVES OIA SUNDAY JOINS THE FAMILY
In the summer of 2017, Canaves Oia Sunday Suites made its debut right next door, introducing a new dimension of luxury to the Canaves Collection. Boasting eight custom-designed suites, this hidden gem of a boutique hotel in Greece exhibited an alternative luxe style with a distinctive artistic décor to captivate the senses.

EDEN VILLAS JOINS OUR PORTFOLIO
Eden Villas, a serene three-villa complex in Imerovigli, was added to the Canaves portfolio of the best hotels in Santorini. This picturesque estate, adorned with traditional Spanish azulejos tiles, suffused a unique personality to the collection.
