PROPERTY POLICIES

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation with a deposit.  Kindly be advised that all credit card payments require cardholders’ presence and signature along with the credit card used for the reservation.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICIES

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY | *valid for all room types except the ones noted as Signature Suites & Villas

Cancellation policy:

• For cancellations 21 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee is charged
• In case of cancellation 20 to 14 days prior arrival 50% of the stay total will be charged
• In case of cancellation 13 to 7 days 75% of the stay total will be charged
• In case of cancellation 0 to 6 days prior 100% of the stay will be charged
• In case of a no show or early departure 100% of the stay will be charged

Payment policy:

• 50% of the stay will be charged 21 days prior to the arrival date.
• In case of cancellation after the deposit has been charged cancellation policy will be applied.

SIGNATURE SUITES POLICY

 Cancellation & Payment policy:

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon final confirmation.
• Another 50% of the stay will be charged 21 days prior to the arrival.
• In case of cancellation 7 to 20 days prior arrival 70% of the stay total will be charged
• In case of cancellation 0 to 6 days prior 100% of the stay will be charged
• In case of a no show or early departure 100% of the stay will be charged

Our Signature Suites’ Collection includes:

1. Canaves Oia Suites: Infinity Pool Suite, Executive Suite, Presidential Suite & Royal Pool Suite
2. Canaves Oia Epitome: Hideaway Pool Villa & Epitome Pool Villa
3. Canaves Oia Sunday Suites: Master Suite with Infinity Pool

SIGNATURE VILLA COLLECTION POLICY

 Cancellation & Payment Policy

• A 20% non-refundable deposit  is required upon final confirmation.
• Remaining 80% of the amount must be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
• All above amounts are considered non-refundable in case of cancellation in the above cancellation window.

Our Signature Villas’ Collection includes:

1. Canaves Oia Suites: Three Bedroom Villa with Infinity Pool, Two Bedroom Pool Villa with Private Pool
2. Canaves Oia Epitome: Three Bedroom Villa, Five Bedroom Villa
3. Eden Villas: Eden Villa with adjoining 7 bedrooms and private pools

GROUP BOOKING POLICY

Due to the limited number of rooms in our resorts as a group booking, we consider any request from 3 rooms and above at Canaves Oia Boutique Hotel and Canaves Oia Sunday Suites, from 5 rooms and above at Canaves Oia Suites and from 8 rooms and above at Canaves Oia Epitome.

 Cancellation & Payment Policy

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon final confirmation.
• Another 30% of the stay is required 45 days before arrival.
• The remaining 50% of the amount must be settled 21 days prior to arrival.
• In case of a no show or early departure 100% of the stay will be charged.

CHILDREN POLICY

 At Canaves Oia Suites, Canaves Oia Boutique Hotel & Canaves Oia Sunday Suites, children under the age of 13 are not accepted for safety reasons, due to the particular construction of the buildings on the cliffside. Children over the age of 13 are welcome.

At Eden Villas by Canaves Oia, children over the age of 6 are welcome.

At Canaves Oia Epitome, children of all ages are welcome. Children from 0-6 years old are staying free of charge. Children over 6 years old are staying with our standard extra person charges

PET POLICY

Pets are not allowed in any of our properties.
