PROPERTY POLICIES

A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a deposit. For security reasons, payments require the cardholder’s presence and signature along with the card used for the booking. For third-party reservations, payment must be completed through a secure payment link provided by our Reservations Department. Reservations are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

For new reservations:

1^st April to 30^th  April and 15^th October to 15^th November 

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY 

Valid for all suite types except the ones included in our Signature Suites & Villas Collection

Cancellation policy:

• In case of cancellation 7 to 0 days prior arrival 100% of the stay total will be charged.
• In case of a no show or early departure 100% of the stay will be charged

Payment Policy:

• 100% of the stay will be charged 7 days prior to the arrival date.

SIGNATURE SUITES & VILLA COLLECTION POLICY

• A 20% non-refundable deposit must be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
• The remaining 80% of the amount must be settled 10 days prior to arrival.
• The above amounts are considered non-refundable in case of cancellation in the above cancellation window.

For new reservations with check-in date between

1^st May to 15^th October 

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

*Valid for all suite types except the ones noted as Signature Suites & Villas

Cancellation policy:

• For cancellations 21 days prior to the arrival date no cancellation fee is charged.
• In case of cancellation 20 to 14 days prior arrival 50% of the stay total will be charged.
• In case of cancellation 13 to 7 days 75% of the stay total will be charged.
• In case of cancellation 0 to 6 days prior 100% of the stay will be charged.
• In case of a last-minute cancellation, non-show or early departure, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Payment policy:

• 50% of the stay will be charged 21 days prior to the arrival date.
• Remaining balance to be settled upon arrival at the hotel.
• In case of cancellation after the deposit has been charged, cancellation policy will be applied.

SIGNATURE SUITES & VILLAS COLLECTION POLICY

• A 20% non-refundable deposit must be settled 60 days prior to arrival.
• The remaining 80% of the amount must be settled 20 days prior to arrival.
• All above deposit amounts are considered non-refundable at the time of payment.

Our Signature Suites & Villas’ Collection includes:

• Canaves Oia Suites: Infinity Pool Suite, Presidential Suite with Plunge Pool, Executive Suite Cave Pool, Royal Pool Suite, Three Bedroom Villa with Infinity Pool, Two Bedroom Pool Villa with Private Pool
• Canaves Epitome: Hideaway Pool Villa, Epitome Pool Villa, Three Bedroom Villa, Five Bedroom Villa

GROUP BOOKING POLICY

Due to the limited number of rooms in our resorts as a group booking, we consider any request from 4 rooms and above at Canaves Ena and Canaves Sunday, from 8 rooms and above at Canaves Oia Suites and Canaves Epitome.

Cancellation & Payment Policy:

• A 20% non-refundable deposit must be settled 60 days prior to arrival.
• The remaining 80% of the amount must be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
• All above deposit amounts are considered non-refundable at the time of payment.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A full non-refundable prepayment is required for the confirmation of this booking. Full cancellation charges will be applicable from the moment of payment and booking confirmation.

Please note that all reservations are subject to the cancellation, deposit and/or refund policy confirmed at the time of the reservation. Our valued guests are always encouraged to review the rate rules, which show the applicable cancellation, deposit and/or refund policies for that rate at that property, to ensure they understand the rules for each reservation. Any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences and may be subject to a new cancellation policy.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

The terms and conditions also apply to unprecedented situations concerning medical issues, personal circumstances, adverse weather conditions, or other occurrences, so the Canaves Collection retains the authority to refuse exceptions. As a protective measure, it is strongly recommended to secure adequate travel insurance before agreeing to and confirming the terms, conditions, and cancellation policy.

CHILDREN POLICY

Due to the architectural layout and safety regulations, we can only accommodate children over 13 years at Canaves Oia Suites, Canaves Ena & Canaves Sunday.

At Canaves Epitome, children of all ages are welcome. Children from 0-6 years old are staying free of charge. Children over 6 years old are staying with our standard extra person charges.

PET POLICY

Please be advised that pets are not permitted at our cliffside properties: Canaves Ena, Canaves Oia Suites, and Canaves Sunday.

We are, however, delighted to welcome small pets and service dogs (up to 5 kg) at Canaves Epitome, with prior approval. An additional pet fee of €150 per night applies.
